I had the chance to get out and do a little fishing yesterday. A short stop at the Yadkin River near Winston-Salem, NC yielded this nice little guy. He may have been small (almost 2 lbs) but he fought like a 4 pounder! I caught this one with a chartreuse Strike King Pond Magic spinnerbait. These are great little baits, I chose it since it's nearly snag proof and flashes great in the water. I had the best luck under a bridge in the shadows. Overall a great time and tons of fun fighting these stout river bass!

River Bass
I had the chance to get out and do a little fishing yesterday. A short stop at the Yadkin River near Winston-Salem, NC yielded this nice little guy.
